Om Shivam Buildcon Private Limited was founded in 2004 by Ravindra Kapse, Pramod Kapse and Chandrashekhar Kapse with a shared goal of providing affordable housing to Indian homebuyers; since then, we have delivered successful projects, providing a complete township experience and an upgraded high-quality living experience at affordable pricing to our customers. Ravindra Kapse, Chairman
Pramod Kapse, Director
Hon. Mr Pramod Kapse looks after the construction and manufacturing activities of the organisation. With proven construction management skills and decades of on-field experience, he ensures all the project goals are achieved within the time-cost-quality constraints of the project. In addition, he is instrumental in setting up and managing the company’s strategic tangible assets, such as Ready Mix Concrete(R.M.C.), Fly Ash Brick manufacturing, and Fabrication Divisions. Under his supervision, he has successfully delivered 14 plus projects for OSBPL, putting smiles on more than 2000 families and happy customers. He is the brain behind forming the organisation’s critical strategic assets that help us deliver your dream home, providing value for money and a complete township experience to our customers.
Chandrashekhar Kapse, Managing Director
Hon. Mr Chandrashekhar Kapse manages the marketing department of OSBPL. He is instrumental in recruiting & nurturing the entire Sales & Marketing team with OSBPL. He is a strategic marketing expert who oversees, plans and strengthens the company’s marketing activities to achieve the desired business goal. He highly believes in customer satisfaction and thus ensures apartments are planned from the customer’s perspective so that your home matches your taste. He has successfully recruited and managed many motivated, professional, hardworking channel partners with a shared value of robust customer relationships and satisfaction.
Chaitanya Kapse, Director
Hon. Mr Chaitanya Kapse is one of the DIRECTORS of the organisation. By qualification, he has done B. Tech (Civil) from S.R.M. University, Chennai, M.Sc in International Construction Management from the University of Leeds (UK) & M.Sc in International Business and Strategic Management from University of York (UK). Young & dynamic second-generation entrepreneur, he is instrumental in implementing technology-based operations in OSBPL and evaluating them according to the established goals. He is highly energetic and has strong business acumen & problem-solving abilities. He overlooks the organisation’s overall management, aiming to improve cross-departmental coordination and effectiveness of managerial processes through technological means. He believes in a customer-centric managerial approach which is essential for a successful business.
Sachin Sagne, Chief Civil Engineer (C.C.E)
He has been a part of OSBPL since 2011 and currently serves as Chief Civil Engineer, managing the entire engineering activities of all the projects of OSBPL. After getting associated with
OSBPL in 2011, he has worked in the customer relationship and billing department for Shiva’s Residency project. Then he successfully delivered Shiv Elite and Shiv Brighton Township (Ph-I & II) under his leadership as a Project Engineer. He was then appointed as Chief Civil Engineer in 2018. His roles and responsibilities include coordinating with the site engineers, project
managers, and the quality department to produce high-quality living spaces for you and your family. He believes customer satisfaction is deeply rooted in the culture of OSBPL. In fact, it’s
one of the company’s core values. OSBPL culture also emphasises teamwork, a sound track record with facility expansion & planning, and an emphasis on human development and physical and psychological safety, encouraging employees by celebrating key milestones. Under his guidance, the civil department ensures the construction quality with various techniques right from the planning and design phase to the handover phase using numerous laboratory tests on the materials and regular third-party audits. We take it one step further by providing long-term maintenance on us.
Vasant Chauhan, Chief Finance Officer (C.F.O)
Vasant chauhan joined osbpl in march 2011 as an accountant and has been enjoying and fulfilling all the responsibilities in a timely manner. He looks after all the accounts affairs and monitors day-to-day accounting activities like esic, t. D. S. , maharera gst audits and banking. He also facilitates administrative tasks like formalities of the companies’ registrar and the balance sheet’s finalisation. Adding on to the responsibilities, he overlooks the organisations funding needs. He ensures the company fulfils its responsibilities by paying all dues and payments to its contractors and suppliers on time. Simultaneously looking after timely fulfilment of all the government-related dues to achieve organisation growth whilst following all the rules in regulations in a legal manner.
Mukesh Ghate, Chief Marketing Officer (C.M.O)
He joined osbpl in the month of november 2022 as chief marketing officer. His primary role as a chief marketing officer is to help the company increase its revenues by creating a marketing plan that gives osbpl a competitive advantage. He excels in the sales organisation and developing overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that diverse venue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishing and implementing processes and various tools to support sales and operations. He is effectively heading a team of dynamic leaders and creating a positive bond with them, up scaling the growth of the marketing team. He also formed an in-house team of business development managers (b. D. M), providing vision and leadership to these b. D. M. S that drive business growth & help them achieve their financial goals. He has been conducting rigorous training & motivational seminars for the sales team periodically. Whilst conducting various corporate events/investor meetings across locations in association with prominent banks to create project awareness as part of brand-building activities.
