Shiv Elite – Wardha Road (2015)
Shiv Elite is a unique township of 784 luxurious flats on Wardha Road, with luxury amenities like a gymnasium, outdoor play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Mouza Shankarpur is situated nearly 12 km from zero-mile Nagpur on Wardha Road. It was developed on 15 acres of land at Mouza Shankarpur near Wardha Road.
2015Shiva’s Residency- Zingabai Takli (2010)
Shiva’s residency is designed and developed in a unique scheme of 91 luxurious flats on Godhani Road. This project was constructed on 60,000 sq. ft of land at Shiv Nagar, Godhani road in Khasra no 66/2 and 82.
2010Shiv Arcade – Bhilgaon (2010)
Shiv Arcade has 83 luxurious duplexes and three shops at Bhilgaon. This extremely comfy project space is nearly 8 km from zero-mile Nagpur on Kamptee Road. Shiv Arcade was developed on 5 acres of land at Mouza Bhilgaon in Khasra no 8B, 8C, 11 and 12. This project was completed in 2010.
2010Shiv Heights- Beltarodi (2008)
Shiv Heights was a unique scheme of 155 luxurious flats, 18-row houses and seven commercial shops at Prithvi Raj Nagar, Beltarodi. It is situated nearly 8 km from Nagpur zero-mile on Wardha road. Shiv Heights was developed in 2008 on a three 3 acres plot.
2008Shiv Enclave – Borgaon (2007)
A 11000sq. ft. project in Mouza- Borgaon, sheet no. 14 city survey no. 11, in the layout scheme on NIT, situated at Gokul Housing Society, Mouza- Borgaon, Nagpur. This project was also completed in the year 2007.

Om Enclave is located at Borgaon on plot no 71B/71/C measuring 20000 sq. ft in Mouza Borgaon, sheet no 14 city survey no 11, layout scheme of NIT, situated at Gokul housing Society, Mouza- Borgaon Taluka and dist. Nagpur. This project was completed in 2007.
